About Me
From being interested in the fields of quantum field theory and astroparticle physics, I gradually found footing in the computational sciences - a nice balance between the abstract and the physical. From this grounded position, I have been developing myself in directions I have always found fascinating, from managing Big Data to statistically recognizing misinformation. Currently, I am focused on the pontential of multi-modal embedding spaces, bringing together Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing, and in leveraging these in large-scale projects.

Developing a modular framework for easily accessible mapping techniques in Object Goal Navigation. This includes techniques like 2D Semantic Mapping and Vision-Language Frontier Mapping. Additionally, I am involved in the development of a novel method using multi-modal spaces to enhance navigation efficiency.

MSc in Physics of Data
University of Padua, Italy
2022-2024

GPA (Tentative): 28.3 / 30

I am nearing the completion of my Master’s program, during which I have gained extensive experience in hands-on machine learning tasks, statistical analysis, and big data management. To date, I have worked on over five major projects, each of which has provided valuable insights and allowed me to delve deeply into complex and intriguing problems.

2018-2022

B.Tech in Engineering Physics
National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India
2018-2022

GPA : 8.43 / 10
First Class with Distinction

My bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics provided me with a strong research aptitude and an analytical approach to all problems. I managed to develop myself mathematically by taking up a wide range of courses from General Relativity to Quantum Field Theory.

Workshops and Certificates

Involved as part of the oranizing committee to plan logistics for the Venice International Workshop for 'Physics of Data', held in Venice from 23-24th May, 2024.

Completed 8 courses, along with a Capstone Project, that served as an introduction to Data Analytics. Throughout the courses, all components of analyzing data were covered with apt languages and frameworks like SQL, R and Tableau.

Solved all five levels of the Google Foobar Challenge, which had increasing complexity in each level. This was a really interesting experience, where I was exposed to topics like decision trees and I developed a habit of writing clean and efficient code.

Non-Academic Pursuits

I was involved in planning and managing all requirements for a guest speaker. My responsibilities included facilitating communication between the speaker and the organizing team, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth event execution. Being a part of this program helped further my understanding on event management and managerial skills.

I have a Grade 4 Certification in Electronic Keyboard, and a Grade 3 Certification in Acoustic Guitar, both awarded by the Trinity College of London. Throughout my undergraduate studies, I was an active member of the university music club, playing the lead guitar for various competitions and events.

I was involved in my university's relief efforts for families impacted by the 2018 Kerala Floods. My role involved engaging with affected individuals, offering support, and coordinating the distribution of essential items.
